We are working with the Employer to conclude outstanding issues with retroactive payments. Please see the below for more information and details:
- We’re aware that several members are still waiting for clarification or assistance from Payroll regarding their retroactive payments. If you are waiting for a response, we are creating a list of outstanding issues. Please take 5 minutes to complete this form by September 1, 2023, so that we can provide a list of outstanding issues to the Employer: Link to the form
- It has come to our attention that a few former employees were inaccurately informed that they were ineligible for compensation/classification review retroactivity. If an employee has worked since September 1, 2022, they are entitled to the compensation/classification review adjustment as part of the grievance settlement. To claim this retroactive payment, past employees must claim their settlement by emailing PayrollTeam@ecomm911.ca no later than October 31, 2023, and confirming their direct deposit information.
