Dear Members,

Thank you to everyone who has reached out over the past several weeks. We’re still working through a high volume of requests. If you have been waiting for more than a week for a response from the Union, please bump your email so we can ensure that work to address your query is underway.

Retroactive Payments:

We are working with the Employer to conclude outstanding issues with retroactive payments. Please see the below for more information and details:

  • We’re aware that several members are still waiting for clarification or assistance from Payroll regarding their retroactive payments. If you are waiting for a response, we are creating a list of outstanding issues. Please take 5 minutes to complete this form by September 1, 2023, so that we can provide a list of outstanding issues to the Employer: Link to the form
  • It has come to our attention that a few former employees were inaccurately informed that they were ineligible for compensation/classification review retroactivity. If an employee has worked since September 1, 2022, they are entitled to the compensation/classification review adjustment as part of the grievance settlement. To claim this retroactive payment, past employees must claim their settlement by emailing no later than October 31, 2023, and confirming their direct deposit information.
