Reminder – 2024 Regional Meetings

Nominations for Regional Union positions close TODAY during the Regional meetings. If you haven’t already, register now to attend the one in your region:

Register for the Vancouver island meeting – 3:30pm
Register for the Lower Mainland meeting –  7:30pm

The following positions are up for nomination:

Vancouver Island Region 

• One (1) Regional Vice-President (1-year term)
• Four (4) Occupational Health and Safety Representatives (1-year term)
• Ten (10) Regional Stewards (1-year term)
• One (1) Bylaw Committee Member (1-year term)

Lower Mainland Region 

• One (1) Regional Vice-President (1-year term)
• Twelve (12) Occupational Health and Safety Representatives (1-year term)
• Fifteen (15) Regional Stewards (1-year term)
• One (1) Bylaw Committee Member (1-year term)

Once you nominate someone, nominees will be contacted by email and must accept their nomination either in advance of or at the Regional meetings.
