Dear members,
We would like to express a heartfelt thank you to the 71% of our membership that completed our Workload and Health and Safety survey. The answers that you provided paint an undeniable picture of the urgency of the current situation at E-Comm.
The quantifiable and qualitative data that came out of the survey identified clear priority issues for the Union. We will use these invaluable results in our ongoing advocacy to the employer and other stakeholders to take action to improve working conditions across all departments. Please note that personal responses will remain confidential, with any personal identifiers anonymized.
If you chose to provide your contact information, you may be contacted in the near future by one of the Executive Board or a CUPE researcher with further questions.
If you have any questions or concerns, you can contact the survey administrator Carissa Taylor, CUPE National Research Representative, at caritaylor@cupe.ca. You can also reach out to any member of the executive board at executive@ecpbc.ca.
